Vintage Securities Ltd to Approve Q4 Results on Feb 13, 2026; Trading Window to Remain Closed

Vintage Securities Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives from January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results, i.e., up to February 15, 2026. The trading window will reopen on February 16, 2026.
