Vinyoflex Ltd Board Approves FY26 Report & 33rd AGM Notice

Vinyoflex Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 31, 2026. The Board approved the Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the draft notice for the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 25, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from September 18 to September 25, 2026, for the AGM. CS Chetan Devidas Shah has been appointed as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Additionally, the Board recommended the re-appointment of Mrs. Nila Uday Tilva, subject to member approval.
