Vippy Spinpro Ltd: AGM Approves Directorate Changes

Vippy Spinpro Ltd announced key changes in its directorate following its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 25, 2026. The members approved the re-appointment of Shri Piyush Mutha as Managing Director for three years from April 1, 2027. Ms. Muskaan Gupta was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for one year from August 10, 2026. Shri Manish Jhanwar was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years from May 3, 2027. Shri Chandrashekhar Sharma was appointed as an Executive Non-Independent Director for one year from August 27, 2026. The AGM also noted the completion of tenure for Smt. Deepa Sudhir Mekal and Shri Manglore Maruthi Rao as Non-Executive Independent Director and Whole Time Executive Director, respectively.
