Vippy Spinpro Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Financial Year Ending on 31st March 2026

Vippy Spinpro Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the clarification issued by BSE Ltd. dated April 2, 2019. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026, and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
