Vippy Spinpro Ltd Secures INR 208.35 Million Term Loan from HDFC Bank for Capacity Expansion

Vippy Spinpro Ltd has executed a term loan agreement with HDFC Bank Ltd for INR 208.35 Million. The loan will be used to set up new machinery for capacity expansion. The loan agreement was executed on 07 January, 2026. The loan is a term loan with a tenure of 72 months including a 12-month moratorium. The repayment will be in 20 quarterly instalments after the moratorium period. The loan is secured by an e-charge on plant & machinery, personal guarantee of Mr Piyush Mutha and Mr Praneet Mutha, exclusive charge on immovable fixed assets, hypothecation of current assets, and a fixed deposit as cash margin and DSRA FD.
