Vipul Organics Ltd: 50+ Years in Color Industry, Now ISO Certified, Expanded to US & Europe

Vipul Organics Ltd, a legacy company in the color industry, has been serving the market for over 50 years. Starting with the setup of Kaveri Chemicals in Thane in 1968, the company has expanded its footprint with the setup of Vipul Dyechem in Navi Mumbai in 1972. The company commenced exports in 1980 and set up its Palghar plant in 1987. In 1988, Jayapriya chemical Industries Pvt Itd Vapi plant was established. The company set up the World’s Largest Ortho Dianiside Plant in 1993. Vipul Organics became a listed entity at BSE in June 1995 and was certified as an Export House in 1996. The Ambernath plant was set up in 2000, followed by entry into the European market in 2001 and the US market in 2001. The company rebranded as Vipul Organics Ltd in 2017 and implemented SAP in 2019. The Tarapur Plant commenced in 2020, followed by the acquisition of Sayakha plot in Gujarat in 2021. The company was rewarded with ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001: 2015 TERI in 2022.
