Vipul Organics: Protune KSA Appointed as Internal Auditor

Vipul Organics Ltd. has appointed M/s. Protune KSA Consultants Private Limited as their Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 30, 2026, where the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were approved. The board also recommended a dividend of Re.0.80 per share (8% of paid-up equity) subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
