Virat Leasing Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held in accordance with the Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and Senior Management Personnel until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
