Virgo Polymer Appoints Jayasankar. O as CFO, KMP

Virgo Polymer India Ltd. has appointed Mr. Jayasankar. O as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective from May 29, 2026. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on the same day, where the board also approved the standalone annual audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also noted the resignation of Mrs. Bhavani as CFO and KMP, effective May 13, 2026.
