Virgo Polymer India Ltd: Physical Share Transfer Request

Virgo Polymer India Ltd has reported a request for the transfer of 179,400 physical shares. One shareholder, Mr. Suresh Kumar Ramsisaria, has approached the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), M/s Cameo Corporate Services Limited, to transfer these shares into his name. The RTA will proceed with the transfer after adhering to SEBI's due procedures. The details of the physical shares are provided in an attached annexure.
