Kati Patang Lifestyle Extends Call Payment Deadline

Kati Patang Lifestyle Limited has extended the last date for payment of the outstanding First and Final Call Money for its partly paid-up equity shares. The call money is ₹10 per share, comprising ₹5 face value and ₹5 premium. The original last date for payment was September 15, 2026, which has now been extended to September 22, 2026. This extension provides shareholders an additional opportunity to clear their outstanding dues. The terms and instructions for payment remain as per the previous notice dated August 29, 2026.
