Virtuoso Optoelectronics Allots 16.9 Lakh Shares for ₹85 Cr

Virtuoso Optoelectronics Ltd announced the allotment of 16,89,859 equity shares at ₹503 per share, raising ₹84,99,99,077 (₹84.99 Crore). The preferential allotment was approved by the Board of Directors via circulation on October 15, 2026, following shareholder approval at an EGM on September 24, 2026. Key allottees include ICICI Prudential SmallCap Fund, ICICI Prudential Retirement Fund, and Clarus Capital II. This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to ₹35,94,09,300, comprising 3,59,40,930 equity shares.
