Virtuoso Optoelectronics Ltd. Announces Q3 and H1 Results for Sep 2025, Enters Operational Lease Agreement with Eltech Appliances Pvt Ltd.

Virtuoso Optoelectronics Ltd. has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended Sep 30, 2025. The company's revenue and net profit for the quarter stood at ₹ 54,677.50 lakhs and ₹ 11,451.63 lakhs, respectively. For the half year, the revenue and net profit were ₹ 1,10,222.00 lakhs and ₹ 23,848.31 lakhs, respectively. Additionally, the company has entered into an operational lease agreement with Eltech Appliances Pvt Ltd for an asset valued at ₹ 255 crore, which includes a manufacturing facility in Chennai with an installed capacity of 2,50,000 sets per annum. Eltech has committed to provide assured business of 70,000 sets annually.
