Virya Resources Ltd: AGM Approves Financials, Director Appointments

Virya Resources Ltd held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 29, 2026. Shareholders approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The AGM also saw the appointment of a director to replace Mr. Sukhdev Singh, who retired by rotation and offered himself for re-appointment. Additionally, a director vacancy created by Mrs. Madhireddy Venkata Subbalakshmi's retirement, who did not seek re-appointment, will not be filled at this AGM.
