VISA Chrome Appoints Anutosh Maitra as Additional Director

VISA Chrome Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anutosh Maitra as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent) of the Company. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors via Circular Resolution on September 29, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Maitra brings over 44 years of experience in the steel industry, having held senior leadership positions at Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and other entities. He is not related to any other director and is not debarred from holding a director's office.
