VISA Chrome Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results, Management Changes

VISA Chrome Ltd announced the approval of its Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board meeting also saw several key management changes, including the re-designation of Vishambhar Saran as Chairman, re-appointment of Vishal Agarwal as Vice Chairman & Managing Director, and re-appointment of Manoj Kumar as Joint Managing Director. Ms. Ritu Bajaj was re-appointed as an Independent Director, while Mr. Dhanesh Ranjan is retiring. The company also approved material related party transactions and set the 30th AGM for September 29, 2026.
