The company has reported a revenue of INR 5,664.90 million for the financial year 2024-25, a decrease from INR 6,698.98 million in the previous year. The operating profit for FY 2024-25 was INR 322.21 million. The company's operations continued under a conversion arrangement due to non-availability of working capital. The industry overview indicates that the global High Carbon Ferro Chrome production was at approximately 17.59 million tonnes in 2024, with India contributing about 1.30 million tonnes. India exported approximately 39% of its Ferro Chrome production, primarily to China. The company's vision is to create long-term stakeholder value through value addition of natural resources, with a focus on implementing debt resolution as per RBI guidelines and raising funds for working capital.
