Visagar Polytex Ltd Announces 43rd AGM on Sep 30, 2026

Visagar Polytex Ltd has issued a notice for its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Vyanjan Banquet Hall in Andheri (West), Mumbai. The meeting will cover ordinary business including the adoption of the audited financial statements for the financial year 2025-26, the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors. Additionally, Mr. Vikramjit Singh Gill will be re-appointed as a director retiring by rotation. The appointment of Ms. Riddhi Kishor Trivedi as the Statutory Auditor to fill a casual vacancy until the conclusion of the AGM is also on the agenda, followed by her appointment for a term of five consecutive years.
