Visagar Polytex Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Discuss Reorganization Proposal

Visagar Polytex Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 24th February 2026 to consider a proposal for reorganization. The meeting will also address any other matters with the permission of the Chair. The company has also announced that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours from the date of outcome i.e. on Tuesday, 24th February, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company.
