Visaka Industries Ltd Transfers Leasehold Rights for Rs. 32.53 Crores

Visaka Industries Ltd has completed the transfer of leasehold rights over a 7-acre land along with a building situated at Mahindra World City Developers Ltd., Chennai, in favor of M/s Caresoft Global Mobility Technologies Private Limited for a consideration of Rs. 32.53 Crores. The transaction was entered into on December 10, 2025, and completed on February 12, 2026. The buyer does not belong to the promoter/promoter group of the Company.
