Vishal Bearings Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Concurrently, the company has informed that the trading window for dealing in its securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
