Vishal Fabrics: Cost & Internal Auditor Reappointed, Director Renominated

Vishal Fabrics Ltd's board meeting on May 20, 2026, approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. M/s. A. G. Tulsian & Co were reappointed as Cost Auditor and M/s.
