Vishal Mega Mart Appoints Ashok Revathy as Independent Director

Vishal Mega Mart Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Ashok Revathy as an Additional Director (Independent Director) effective October 30, 2026. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved her appointment for an initial term of five years. Ms. Revathy is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in diverse sectors including private equity, IT, manufacturing, retail, and consumer goods. She is a former Managing Director of Tishman Speyer India and Co-Founder of Strategy Garage. Her extensive background includes capital raising, business development, finance, and general management. She is not related to any existing directors of the company and is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
