Vishnu Chemicals Declares Q2 FY27 Unaudited Results

Vishnu Chemicals Ltd announced its Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on October 31, 2026. The company also reported a joint venture agreement signed on September 7, 2026, with DCX Chrome SAS, France, for a greenfield manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam, with a proposed capacity of 6,000 TPA of high purity chromium metal.
