Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Ltd has submitted an intimation of trading window closure for the designated employees of the company for the quarter/year ending March 31, 2026. The trading window will be closed for Directors, Designated Employees, and Connected Persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct, effective from the end of the March 2026 quarter until 48 hours after the declaration/publication of the financial results for the said quarter/year end. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter/year ending March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
