Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Ltd: Re-Appointment of Independent Director and Appointment of Whole-Time Director

The Board of Directors of Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Ltd at its meeting held on July 16, 2025, inter alia considered the following matters: 1. The re-appointment of Mr. Vishnukumar Mahadev Kulkarni as an Independent Director for the second term of 5 consecutive years, subject to the approval of the members in the general meeting. 2. The appointment of Mr. Mallikarjun Kadayya Pujar as an Additional Director to hold office as Whole-Time Director, subject to the approval of the members in the general meeting.
