Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Limited is set to hold its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, the 24th day of September, 2025 at 11:30 A.M. The meeting will be held at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Bellad-Bagewadi, Taluka-Hukkeri, District-Belgaum-591305, Karnataka, India. The Company will provide to its members the facility to cast their vote(s) on all resolutions, set out in the Notice, by way of Remote e-Voting and through Ballot Paper at the AGM. The Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 is submitted herewith.
