Vision Corporation Ltd has announced changes in its board of directors. Mrs. KaalindiMisra has resigned as the Chairperson of the company, however, she will continue to act as the Executive Director. The board has appointed Mr. Aashutosh Mishra as the new Chairperson of the company. Mr. Mishra has been associated with the company since 2008 and was appointed as the Executive Director in 2023 and CFO in 2024. He is the brother of Mrs. KaalindiMisra.
