Vistar Amar Ltd: Directors Reappointed at 42nd AGM

Vistar Amar Ltd announced that its members, at the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 22, 2026, approved the re-appointment of key directors. Mr. Ramkumar Babulal Panjari was re-appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Mr. Rajeshkumar Babulal Panjari was re-appointed as Managing Director for a five-year term starting October 1, 2026, with a monthly remuneration of ₹5,00,000 for the first three years. Mr. Jaidip Dilipkumar Simaria was re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Pragnesh P. Patel was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term.
