Vivanta Industries Ltd has rescheduled its Board of Directors meeting to May 28, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results along with the audit report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting was initially scheduled for May 8, 2026. The board will also appoint CS Devang Shah as a Nodal Officer for IEPF and authorize the filing of IEPF forms.
