Promoter Sudhir Mody has disclosed a substantial acquisition of shares in Vivid Global Industries Ltd. The acquisition was made through an off-market inter-se transfer on 16th March 2026. The total shares acquired by Sudhir Mody amount to 7,46,004, which is 8.17% of the total share and voting capital of the company. This acquisition has been made in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
