Vivid Global Industries Re-appoints Sumish S. Mody as MD for 5 Years

Vivid Global Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sumish S. Mody as Managing Director for a further term of five years, effective November 1, 2026. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 6, 2026, which also approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other necessary statutory approvals. The Board also recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Miten Sudhir Mody as Director and approved the Director's Report, Notice of the 39th AGM, and fixed the register closing dates for the AGM. The 39th AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026, to be held via OAVM/VC.
