Vivid Mercantile Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q1 2026

Vivid Mercantile Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The restriction applies to all Designated Persons, Directors, Promoters, Promoters Group, Employees of the Company & its Subsidiary Company(ies), and their respective immediate Relatives, as well as persons having contractual & fiduciary relations with the company.
