Vivo Bio Tech Appoints New Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Vivo Bio Tech Ltd announced a change in its key management personnel. Mr. A V Kiran has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective June 24, 2026, to pursue other career opportunities. Concurrently, the Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. Bhavish Vijayvargiya as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, also effective June 24, 2026. Mr. Vijayvargiya is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with experience in corporate secretarial functions and compliance management.
