Maxcell Communication India Private Limited has disclosed the sale of 12,00,000 equity shares in Vivo Bio Tech Limited on August 21, 2026. This transaction represents 5.41% of the total share capital and 4.09% of the diluted share capital before the sale. Following the transaction, Maxcell Communication holds no shares in Vivo Bio Tech. The sale was conducted via an off-market transfer. The total equity share capital of Vivo Bio Tech before the sale was 2,21,90,628 shares, and after the sale, it remains the same, but the diluted share capital is calculated based on pending convertible warrants and outstanding ESOPs.
