VL E-Governance & IT Solutions Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

VL E-Governance & IT Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's 'Insider Trading – Code of Conduct'. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of these results is yet to be intimated.
