VLS Finance Announces 39th AGM and FY26 Annual Report

VLS Finance Ltd has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026. The company will present the audited financial statements for the Financial Year 2025-26, both standalone and consolidated. A final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share is proposed for approval. The AGM will also address the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation and the appointment of Dinesh Kumar Mehrotra as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Additionally, the revision in remuneration for Managing Director Suresh Kumar Agarwal will be considered.
