VMS Board approves FY2025-26 & Q4 FY2025-26 Audited Results

VMS Industries Limited's Board of Directors met on May 28, 2026, and approved the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Fourth Quarter Results ended March 31, 2026. The board also considered and approved the Related Party Transactions for the period October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. The results were accompanied by an Independent Auditor's Report from M/s S N SHAH AND ASSOCIATES, which provided a clean opinion on the annual results and found no material misstatement in the quarterly results.
