VMS Industries Appoints Varun Jain as Non-Executive Director

VMS Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Varun Manojkumar Jain (DIN: 03502561) as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment was approved by the shareholders via a resolution passed at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 28, 2026. Mr. Jain holds a B.Com and MBA, with CA Intermediate qualifications, and brings over 15 years of experience in the steel industry, focusing on operations, management, and strategic planning. He is the son of the Managing Director and a Whole-Time Director of the company and also holds directorships in VMS TMT Limited and Aditya Ultra Steel Limited. He is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
