Vodafone Idea Limited has announced that its Thirty First Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 4:30 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the Financial Year 2025-26, the appointment of directors retiring by rotation, ratification of remuneration for Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27 amounting to ₹12,00,000 plus applicable taxes, and approval for payment of remuneration up to ₹30,00,000 per annum to each Independent Director for a period of three financial years starting April 1, 2026.
