Vodafone Idea Ltd's promoters, comprising entities like Euro Pacific Securities Ltd, Al-Amin Investments Limited, and others, have disclosed the encumbrance of 3,280,000,000 equity shares. This action is in relation to shares earmarked for the benefit of the Target Company as per an amendment to an implementation agreement dated March 20, 2017. The encumbrance, in the form of a non-disposal undertaking, applies to these specific shares for a period of five years from the amendment's execution date. The Vodafone Promoters collectively hold approximately 16.07% of the company's equity share capital.
