Vodafone Idea to Sell Entire 50% Stake in Firefly Networks for Rs. 45 Million

Vodafone Idea Limited has announced the sale of its entire 50% stake in Firefly Networks Limited to iBUS Network and Infrastructure Private Limited for a consideration of Rs. 45 Million. This decision comes as Firefly ceases to be a joint venture of the Company. The completion of the sale is expected within 30 business days from the date of execution of the agreement. This transaction does not fall under Related Party Transaction.
