VRL Logistics revises buyback record date to Oct 22

VRL Logistics Limited has issued a corrigendum to its Public Announcement regarding the buyback of equity shares. The original record date of October 16, 2026, has been revised to October 22, 2026. This change impacts the eligibility of shareholders for the buyback program. The buyback involves up to 87,50,000 equity shares, representing 5% of the paid-up equity share capital, at a price of ₹320 per share, for an aggregate consideration of up to ₹28,000 Lakhs (₹280 Crore). The buyback will be conducted on a proportionate basis through the tender offer route via the stock exchange mechanism, with a reservation for small shareholders.
