Vruddhi Engineering Works Ltd. announced the reappointment of Mrs. Bindi Kunal Mehta as Managing Director and Mr. Vedant Mukesh Mehta and Mrs. Varsha Mukesh Mehta as Whole-time Directors for a further period of three years. The reappointments were approved in the Board Meeting held on February 18, 2026. The company also approved the Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on March 12, 2026.
