Vruddhi Engineering Works Ltd: Board Approves Reappointment of Managing Director and Whole-time Directors

Vruddhi Engineering Works Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the reappointment of Mrs. Bindi Kunal Mehta as Managing Director, Mr. Vedant Mukesh Mehta and Mrs. Varsha Mukesh Mehta as Whole-time Directors for a further period of three years. The reappointments will be effective from March 15, 2026, and July 3, 2026, respectively. The Board also approved the notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on March 12, 2026.
