VSF Projects Board Approves Un-Audited Q1 FY27 Results

VSF Projects Limited's Board of Directors met on August 10, 2026, to approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also took note of the limited review report for these results. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Ramesh Babu Nemani and Mr. Sriramshetty Srinivasa Rao as Independent Directors for a second five-year term, effective November 15, 2026, was approved, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting. The Director's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the notice for the 34th AGM were also approved.
