VVIP Infratech Board Approves FY26 Results & Auditor Appointments

VVIP Infratech Limited's Board of Directors met on May 27, 2026, to approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kamal Sharma as the Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. M/s Sagar Saxena & Company was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for FY2025-26, and M/s Subodh Kumar & Company was appointed as the Cost Auditor for FY2026-27.
