Board Re-appoints Internal, Cost Auditors; Appoints Secretarial Auditor

The company's Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 27, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kamal Sharma as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. Concurrently, M/s Subodh Kumar & Company was re-appointed as the Cost Auditors for the same financial year. Furthermore, M/s Sagar Saxena & Company was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-2026.
