
VVIP Infratech's Subsidiary Receives RERA Registration for Group Housing Project 'VVIP-YAMUNA' with Estimated Gross Sales Value of Rs. 750 Crores
VVIP Infratech Ltd's step-down subsidiary, VVIP Infrahome Private Limited, has received the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Registration Certificate for its upcoming Group Housing Project titled 'VVIP-YAMUNA'. The project, situated at Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, comprises 484 residential units and 18 commercial shops with an estimated gross sales value of approximately Rs. 750 Crores. The land parcel, admeasuring 20,235 square meters, was acquired through e-auction from Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). The building plans have been duly approved by YEIDA. The project is expected to be constructed and handed over within the next four to five years. The Company proposes to officially launch the project on February 22, 2026. This development is expected to contribute positively to the consolidated revenues and strengthen the Company’s long-term asset base, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals.
