VXL Instruments declares Unaudited Standalone Results for Q1 FY27

VXL Instruments Ltd has announced its Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were taken on record at a meeting of the Resolution Professional (RP) Committee, held in lieu of the suspended Board of Directors. The company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per the order of the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, passed on November 26, 2024. The financial results were accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors.
